A Nigerian man has stirred huge reactions on social media after his kind act to a teenage boy he met on his construction site surfaced.

The man identified as Stephen Akintayo, in a post he made on Linkedln, said he had visited the site for his Jasper estate on a supervisory note to see how construction work was going and came across the young lad.
He was said to have got angry when he learnt that the young boy – of secondary school age – was out of school and was learning carpentry under the tutelage of one of the workers on the construction site.
Akintayo offered the boy the sum of N10,000 on the spot and offered him a scholarship.

His generosity warmed hearts on the Linkedln platform and got mixed reactions as well.
While some knocked him for rating education which he described as 'glorious' above getting a skill, others were full of praise for him.

Meanwhile, Legit.ng earlier reported that a Nigerian man helped two poor kids he met and transformed their lives.
The man identified as Tunde Onakoya in a thread he had started on Friday, February 19 narrated how he had accosted a young lad on his way from work who, despite the downpour, was busy picking scraps and putting them into a sack.

He had followed up on the young boy named Sunday and went to where he stayed with his family.
Tunde met the boy's sister and dad but learnt that their mum had died three years ago from malaria.
