Sound Sultan: Family Drops Album With Listening Party

The Nigerian artist Olanrewaju Fasasi, popularly known as Sound Sultan, passed away one year ago (July 11, 2021).

His family in commemoration of his death released the final album the singer was working on before he passed on, to mark the occasion.

His family dropped the last album he was working on, Reality CHQ, with a listening party which held in Lagos, New York and London on Sunday, July 10, 2022.

In a video on his page, his brother, Baba Dee, said, “We are having the one-year remembrance of Sound Sultan, iconic Nigerian singer and we are having his official listening party for the album, Reality CHQ. This was the album Sound Sultan was working on before he answered the call of the Almighty. This is a very special project.”

It could be recalled that Sound Sultan died of throat cancer on Sunday, July 11, 2021 in the US and he was buried there according to Islamic rites.
